Current Cleaning Positions Available:
Part-time Evening Janitorial/Cleaning Lacey, WA - 3.5 to 4-hour shift Monday through Friday, 5 days a week starting after 6 pm. $17.00/hour.
Basic Purpose & Tasks:
Taking out the trash. Removing it from the building to a dumpster.
Thoroughly clean restrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc.
Thoroughly vacuuming for long periods.
Thoroughly sweeping and mopping large areas.
Unlocking, turning off the alarm, locking up the building, and setting the alarm at the end of the night.

Over the age of 21.
Reliable transportation to drive to the work location.

Part-time EVENING WEEKEND JANITORIAL Floor Cleaner Tumwater, WA. 3-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday starting after 8:30 pm. $20.00/hour.

Thoroughly cleaning floors using a floor machine.
Move and return furniture and other misc. Items to clean floors as needed.

Current Lead Position Available:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Janitorial Lead, with the potential to transition into a full-time supervisory role. This position offers hands-on experience working closely with the company owner to develop and refine our janitorial processes. Thurston County $22.00/hour.
Position Overview:
As the Part-Time Janitorial Lead, you will be responsible for physically working in various buildings while leading a small team of janitorial staff. You will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards by working alongside your team and providing guidance as needed. Initially, this position will be part-time, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time supervisory role as you grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Physically perform cleaning tasks in various buildings, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
On-call to cover call-outs and fill in for staff when necessary.
Lead the janitorial team during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Train and mentor team members in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company guidelines.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with the company owner to develop and implement training programs and operational improvements.
Assist with scheduling and planning to ensure adequate staffing coverage for assigned shifts.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during cleaning operations, providing guidance and support to the team.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services, with prior experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy supplies and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Willingness to start in a part-time role with the flexibility to transition to full-time as the company grows.
Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
